Ingredients

150 g Sankalp Makhani Gravy

150 ml Water

100 g Tandoori Paneer* (Cottage Cheese) Cubes

15 ml Oil

20 g Capsicum Diced

15 g Onion Diced

30 g Tomato Diced

10 g Cream

15 g Butter

3 g Chopped Coriander

15 g Chopped Onion

15 g Chopped Tomato

3 g Ginger Garlic Paste

2 g Salt

1 g Kasoori Methi

2 g Garam Masala

Directions

1Thaw required Makhani gravy, add water and boil for 10 minutes on medium heat, keep aside.

2Cut Tandoori Paneer* (Paneer marinated in yoghurt marination and cooked in Tandoor) into cubes.

3Heat oil in a pan, add chopped Onions sauté till golden brown then add Ginger Garlic paste and stir for a minute, add chopped Tomatoes cook till Tomatoes are done, add Capsicum dices, Onion dices and Tomato dices, sauté for 2 minutes.

4Add the boiled Makhani gravy, bring to boil, reduce the flame, add Tandoori Paneer Cubes, Salt, Garam Masala, Kasoori Methi and allow it to simmer for 3 minutes.

5Finish with Butter.

6Garnish with Cream and chopped Coriander.
