1Put 1 tablespoon oil/ghee in fry pan. Add 400 g of grated Carrots & Coconut, diced Tomatoes & Green Chillies and cook for two minutes on medium flame.
2Now pour 2.5 measures* of water and when it starts boiling add 1 measure of Sankalp Upma Mix.
3Keep stirring till desired thickness is reached.
4Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
5*Measure referred in the recipe means a cup or container of your choice
